Return Policy
We have a 15-day conditional return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns will not be accepted for specialty-made, personalized, or one-of-a-kind special order items. No refunds/returns for sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be only for the amount of the purchase price. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
